Diederick van der Wijk
Diederick has extensive experience in the field of entrepreneurship programs for people with a refugee background. With his own intitiative Forward Incubator, he heads up four incubator programs annually in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
Participants are guided from benefits to employment or entrepreneurship. The main target group is status holders. The focus of the programs is on economic and social empowerment. Annually about one hundred participants are supported. 95% of the participants successfully complete the programs, and in addition approximately 30% start a business. Forward Incubator runs programs in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, but participants come from all over the Netherlands.
Jacco Kruithof
Jacco has a long experience in the field of learning-working paths for people with a distance to the labor market. With his own company Eudamonia he leads the projects for Werk Fit, Naar Werk and Aan het Werk.
Candidates are guided from school to work, from benefit to work or from work to work. Target groups are unemployment benefit (WW), disability benefit (WIA), social assistance recipients and status holders. The focus in the programs is on empowerment and self-management. Annually more than one hundred candidates are coached in this way. 80% of the projects are successfully completed, and over 60% of the Naar Werk projects find a job. Eudamonia is active in the Randstad, with a focus on the Rotterdam-Rijnmond region.
