Within the "from school to work" pathways, Maratan focuses on the placement of schoolchildren and students with a refugee background in an apprenticeship with an employer.
This apprenticeship can be in the form of Vocational Training (VET) or a Vocational Supervised Learning (BBL).
From Social Welfare to Work
Maratan offers tailor-made pathways depending on the personal and professional situation of status holders who are on benefits.
The pathways consist of Work Fit - where the client is prepared to then look for a job or Guidance to Work - where the client is actively helped to find a job.
From Work to Work
For candidates who already have work, but are looking for another job or want to step up within their job, Maratan offers a special kind of pathway.
This track consists of Job Coaching where the client is coached in the area of his or her personal development.
